We focus on selling used pianos in their original condition. We understand that quality and assurance are the most important concerns of buying a used piano.
Hence, each piano imported from Japan is examined, cleaned, regulated, polished, tuned and gone through strict quality checks in the workshop before exporting to us.

Mr. Eric Hoe is a third-generation piano tuner whose forefather came down from Shanghai, China. He picked up his piano tuning and playing skill from Yamaha in 1978.
After nearly two decades of working for Yamaha and subsequently working for Kawai Music, he established Ephraim Music in 2000 before renaming it to Zadok Music Shoppe in 2011.
Upon finding a used Yamaha, Kawai supplier in Tokyo and taking a tour of the factory, he was impressed with the quality of their workmanship and attention to details in the refurbishment of pianos.
And thereafter, he began importing in the pianos to Singapore. Ever since then, Zadok Music Shoppe has enjoyed growth in the market and business through word-of-mouth alone.
