Description:

The U3A models were built between 1983 to 1986 and offer great value to a player who wants a piano with a rich full sound. The 131cm tall cabinet gives plenty of room for long bass strings, which give a full rich sounding bass register.

Because of its tall cabinet, the sound from the U3 series is better than most small grand pianos and saves you valuable space in many small homes. With the same dimensions and high standards, this piano will take you to grade 8 and beyond.

The “U” series of pianos are Yamaha’s top of the range pianos made in their premier factory in Hamamatsu, Japan.

Do I have to make an appointment before visiting the showroom?2020-03-03T19:36:16+08:00

Answer:

We prefer you to schedule an appointment before your visit to the showroom. As the showroom is located in an industrial area, there are almost no walk-in customers.

In addition, it will make your trip more productive if we know what budget range, piano models or specifications you are looking for. These information will prepare us on what piano models to show you during your visit.

Here are some ways to make an appointment:

Why is there a price range for some piano models?2019-09-05T23:22:23+08:00

Answer:

For some of those models, we have multiple pianos. Each one has a different year of production, thus resulting in a price range.

How do I make payment? Do you accept installment payment?2019-09-06T00:06:59+08:00

Answer:

Unfortunately, there is no instalment plan available in Zadok Music Shoppe.

To make payment, we accept Cash, Debit and Balance Transfer (via Online Banking, PayLah, PayNow). Payment terms are as follows:

  • 20% deposit to be paid upon confirmation, 80% remaining to be collected after delivery.
  • After the deposit has been paid, an official invoice will be issued to you.
  • Deposit is non-refundable unless you choose to switch to another piano.

Are there any extra charges if I want to move my piano up staircases?2019-09-06T21:22:39+08:00

Answer:

If the staircase in question is wide enough to be able to move the piano, we will not charge extra. In fact, most of the HDB elevators in Singapore are able to fit the pianos in.

However, if you want your piano to go to the top floor and it won’t fit up the stairs, we provide craning/rigging services to get the job done. In which case, we will charge an extra fee for it.

Do you provide piano rental service?2019-09-06T21:40:44+08:00

Do you have any warranty coverage?2023-11-18T23:01:47+08:00

Yes, all our pianos come with 3 years guarantee.

The guarantee basically covers any defects. However, please note that we do not cover any damages due to both natural or human acts.

In addition, the guarantee does not include other piano services for example, piano tuning, piano regulation or piano moving.

What is this Guaranteed Buy-Back Scheme?2023-07-26T13:08:06+08:00

Answer:

Our Buy Back Scheme allows you to sell back your piano to us at 50% of the purchase price within 2 years and we will buy it. No questions asked.

For example you bought a piano from us at $4000 and within the 2 years, you would like to sell it back to us. With the Buy Back Scheme, this means you will get back $2000.

This scheme is designed to help interest you or your children in to start playing the piano. We understand how risky it is since we will never know when you might stop playing the piano. Hence, with this Buy Back Scheme, you can be assured that you will not incur much losses.
