Frequently asked questions
Practical questions buyers often ask before arranging a viewing.
Do I have to make an appointment before visiting the showroom?
Yes. Showroom visits are by appointment only. Zadok Music Shoppe is located in Tong Lee Building A, and the showroom is opened for arranged visits rather than regular walk-in browsing.
Can I try this piano before deciding?
Yes. Interested buyers may try available pianos during an appointment. Tone, touch, and overall feel are best assessed in person before deciding.
Why can two pianos of the same model have different prices?
Used pianos are priced as individual instruments. Two pianos with the same model name may differ in serial number, manufacture year, condition, preparation work, cabinet condition, and the specific qualities of that unit.
Do you have any guarantee coverage?
Yes. Pianos purchased from Zadok Music Shoppe come with a 2-year guarantee covering defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, environmental factors, or separate services such as additional tuning or moving beyond the stated package.
What is the Guaranteed Buy-Back Scheme?
Our Guaranteed Buy-Back Scheme allows you to sell the piano back to us at 50% of the original purchase price within 2 years. For example, if you purchased a piano from us at S$4,000, you may sell it back to us for S$2,000 within the 2-year period. This scheme is designed to give buyers greater peace of mind when starting or returning to piano playing, especially if their learning plans or household needs change within the first two years.
How do I make payment? Do you accept instalment payment?
We do not offer instalment plans. A 20% deposit is collected upon confirmation, with the remaining 80% balance due after delivery. An official invoice will be issued after deposit payment. The deposit is non-refundable unless you switch to another piano. Accepted payment methods include cash, online bank transfer, PayNow, and SGQR.
Do you provide piano rental services?
No. Zadok Music Shoppe does not provide piano rental services. We focus on helping buyers select suitable used acoustic upright pianos for purchase, together with the support and purchase package stated on each listing.
